Justin Gerde - President

With over 20 years of experience in property management and a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University, Justin Gerde brings a depth of expertise and a results-driven approach to every association he serves. Having worked with several property management companies throughout Routt County, Justin recognized an opportunity to build something different — a more community-centered approach to HOA management that prioritizes relationships, responsiveness, and local expertise. That vision became the foundation of Diamond J Property.

As a longtime Steamboat Springs local, Justin understands the value of small-town connection. He founded Diamond J with a simple but powerful goal: to ensure that every HOA feels truly heard, supported, and valued. By combining the warmth and personal touch of a local business with the highest standards of professional management, Justin is committed to delivering an experience that honors both the community and the people who call it home.
